What does Open Mat Bermuda cost?
We’re not in this to make money. We’re in it for the love of the art. However, we do have rent to pay!
Adult membership is $225.00 per month. That will allow you access to all adult classes, and any open mat sessions, which are held on an ad hoc basis. Competition Team Training sessions are by invitation only.
Kids membership is $150 per month.
And don’t forget… everyone gets until the end of the month that they join, FOR FREE! That means if you come to us on the first day of the month, you get until the end of that month for free! It also means if you come to us part way through the month, you get until the END OF THAT MONTH, for free (hint: if you’re going to come, come at the start of the month!)

Gi Jiu Jitsu
Jiu Jitsu practiced in the traditional gi or kimono. The jacket and trousers can be used to manipulate and, ultimately, submit your opponent, by use of joint locks, chokes and strangles. This facet of jiu jitsu is like a chess match – methodical and technical, in its detail – the thinking person’s game.

NoGi Submission Grappling
Fast and furious, NoGi (or submission grappling) is akin to freestyle wrestling in its use of takedowns and pins, but with the added element of all submission attacks being allowed… this is a killer workout!

Kids Jiu Jitsu
If you want your kids to learn the value of discipline, respect, honour, tenacity, loyalty and teamwork; along with the physical abilities and self confidence to stand up for themselves… there is no better art than Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

EXCLUSIVE OFFER FOR NEW MEMBERS!!
Most academies will offer you a free lesson or two. In our opinion, that’s not enough time to know if BJJ is the martial art for you.
So, here’s an offer for you… come and try a class, and you’ll get to train until the end of that month FOR FREE! That’s right… turn up on the first of the month and you’ll get a full month of training for absolutely NOTHING… we’ll even lend you a uniform to get you started!
